These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the Daddyoo portal and its companion mobile app, Daddyoo Beacon ("the Portal"). By signing in to the Portal, you agree to these terms.
The Portal is not a public service. Accounts are provisioned only by the account owner, for:
There is no self-service registration, and use of the Portal is by invitation only.
For tenants, the Portal is an informational and payment-tracking tool. It does not replace, modify, or override your physically signed lease or rental agreement. In the event of any conflict between what is shown in the Portal and your signed physical agreement, the physical agreement governs.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
If you enable Face ID, Touch ID, or another biometric unlock option in the Daddyoo Beacon mobile app, you are responsible for ensuring that only your own fingerprint or face is enrolled on that device. Anyone whose biometric data is registered on your device will be able to unlock the app and access your account through it — see our Privacy Policy for how biometric authentication works.
You agree to use the Portal only for its intended purpose — managing your own or your family's expenses, fuel logs, financial records, or your own tenancy information — and not to:
Financial figures, balances, and dashboards shown in the Portal are provided for convenience and record-keeping. While we aim for accuracy, you should verify figures that matter (e.g. rent due, account balances) against your own records or the property owner directly before relying on them for a decision.
The Portal is operated on a best-effort basis. It may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or updates. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
The Portal is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the Portal operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Portal.
Access may be suspended or removed at any time, including when a tenancy or family relationship ends, or if these terms are violated.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If these terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
